Counseling Services:

Enso Wellness provides an online platform that connects users seeking counseling services ("Clients") with our Licensed and qualified mental health professionals ("Counselors") and Psychiatrist as well.. We offer various types of counseling services, including but not limited to individual therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. All communications and personal information shared during counseling sessions are strictly confidential, except where required by law or to protect your safety or the safety of others.

Professional Relationship:

The counseling sessions provided on Enso Wellness platform create a professional relationship between the Client and the Counselor. The Counselors are licensed and operate under the ethical guidelines of their respective professional bodies.

User Responsibilities:

Clients must be at least 18 years old to use our platform or have parental/legal guardian consent. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and using the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Payment and Refunds:

Clients shall make payments for counseling services through the designated payment methods. Our platform operates on a secure payment gateway. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our Refund Policy.

Limitations of Services:

Enso Wellness is not a crisis intervention service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, please call emergency services or go to the nearest hospital. Prohibited Content and Conduct:

Users must not use Enso Wellness to engage in any illegal, harmful, or unethical activities. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, harassment, explicit material, or promoting violence. Users must adhere to our Community Guidelines at all times.

Termination of Services:

Enso Wellness reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user account or counseling service at our discretion for violations of our terms and policies or any other reasons deemed appropriate.

Intellectual Property:

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on Enso Wellness are owned by us or our licensors. Users must not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our explicit permission.

Modifications to Terms and Policies:

Enso Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these terms and policies at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our platform after modifications shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
